Paid Time Off
We believe that providing flexibility and options for managing your PTO are crucial for your well-being.
The basics
- Includes vacation, holidays, floating holidays, personal days, sick days, jury duty, and bereavement
- All employees receive one paid personal wellness day.
- You can choose to use your PTO, donate it, or sell it back.
- There is no limit to how much PTO you can accrue during the year.
