Before you schedule care:
- Check whether your provider is in-network.
- Look for the Tier designation. Tier 1 means they’re part of the group of care options designed to give you the best value under your plan.
- Confirm the location is covered by your plan.

If you're on the Choice Plan:
To find a provider, search the Verity provider directory.
- Select LCMC Health – Choice.
- Enter your address, city or ZIP code.
- Choose how close you want the location to be.
- Search by specialty, doctor name or facility type.
Common searches:
- By Specialty: Primary Care, Back Pain, OB/GYN, Behavioral Health, Pediatrics
- By Facility: Urgent Care, Independent Lab, Emergency Department, Hospital, Mammography, Physical Therapy Clinic

To find an Aetna provider, search the Aetna Signature Administrators directory.
Enter your address, city or ZIP code, choose how close you want the location to be, then use the search bar or search by category.

Need lab work? Start with LCMC Health. Use the LCMC Health locations page to find lab services near you.
Other providers:
- Verity: Use the provider directory, choose "Facilities by Type" and search "Independent Labs".
- Aetna: Use the provider directory and select the Lab & Testing tile.

Start with LCMC Health and find a location that works for you.

LCMC Health Virtual
Care On-Demand
Virtual urgent care may be a good fit for minor issues. It’s often a faster, lower-cost option.
Great for common, treatable illnesses like:
- Cough
- Cold symptoms
- Fever
- Headaches
- Pink eye
- Rash
- Runny nose
- Sinus/allergies
- Sore throat
- Urinary tract infection
Virtual Care On-Demand appointments are available for adults and children ages 12+:
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–6:00 pm
- Saturday–Sunday, 9:00 am–3:00 pm
LCMC Health Urgent Care
Urgent care may be right for non-emergencies that need attention soon. Walk in or schedule a time that works for you.
Go to urgent care for:
- Cold/flu
- Congestion
- Earaches
- Fever
- Minor infections
- Minor injuries
- Sprains or strains
- X-rays
- Labs
Emergency Room (ER)
Call 911 or go to the ER for life-threatening or severe symptoms that require immediate attention.
Go to the ER for:
- Chest pain
- Difficulty breathing
- Heavy bleeding
- Major broken bones
- Major burns
- Severe head injury
- Spinal injuries
- Sudden change in vision
- Sudden weakness or trouble talking
